Next New launch Maruti Suzuki (Automobile)Updates: Maruti Suzuki, one of India's leading automobile manufacturers, is set to make a big impact on the market with its upcoming SUV models and updated versions of existing vehicles. In May, the company is all set to launch the 5-door Jimny lifestyle SUV, which will be available in two variants - Zeta and Alpha. Along with the Jimny, Maruti Suzuki has several other launches lined up for the coming years, including a new premium MPV, a 7-seater SUV, and updated versions of the Swift hatchback and Dzire compact sedan.

The new premium MPV, based on the Innova Hycross, will be the company's priciest offering in

India. The upcoming Maruti Suzuki premium MPV based on the Innova Hycross will be equipped with a 2.0-liter petrol engine available in two variants: with and without hybrid technology. The former will offer a power output of 174PS and a torque of 205Nm, while the latter will generate 186PS of power and a torque of 206Nm. The MPV will use Toyota's TNGA-C platform and come equipped with ADAS, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, powered second-row seats with ottoman function, and connected car technology.

and Mahindra XUV700. The 7-seater SUV from Maruti Suzuki, based on the Grand Vitara, is anticipated to feature a combination of Toyota's robust hybrid powertrain and a standard petrol engine. However, the official information regarding the same is yet to be disclosed.

The next-gen Swift hatchback is expected to make its global debut by mid-2023, featuring a significantly redesigned exterior and an upgraded cabin.The upcoming Swift hatchback will be built on an improved HEARTECT platform and will retain the current 1.2L DualJet petrol engine with manual and AMT transmission choices. It is expected to have a factory-fitted CNG kit, and a new 1.2L petrol engine with strong hybrid technology could be

option. The hybrid engine is expected to provide a fuel efficiency of more than 40kmpl.

Maruti Suzuki is also set to introduce the next-generation of its popular Dzire compact sedan in 2024, with significant design changes, an all-new interior, and an improved powertrain. The sedan will be built on Suzuki's HEARTECT platform and be powered by a 1.2L petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, delivering a mileage of 35-40kmpl. The strong hybrid version is expected to cost around ₹1 lakh – ₹1.50 lakh more than the regular petrol variants.

Overall, Maruti Suzuki's upcoming launches promise to be exciting additions to the Indian automobile market, offering consumers a range of options across different segments.
